Vendor screening is a time-consuming process that can be frustrating when vendors fail to respond to questionnaires or provide reliable documentation, resulting in an unclear assessment. Before the development of the screening tool I helped create, there was no similar tool available on the market, making it truly unique.
After consulting with project managers and gaining insights into the risk intelligence partner's widget data, a major challenge of the project was translating the provided data into easily digestible and understandable pieces. Each data partner presented their information differently, making it an interesting challenge to unify and streamline all the data into a single location. Despite these challenges, all the widgets ultimately came together successfully!
